Reindeer crunch snack mix

You’ll like this one because it’s fast, foolproof, and makes a big batch. The brown sugar caramel gets just the right amount of chew, and the mix of Cheerios, peanuts, and raisins keeps every bite interesting. It’s the kind of treat that feels homemade without a ton of effort.

Helpful Tips

  • Use parchment paper to make cleanup easy and to prevent sticking once the caramel hardens.
  • Stir quickly after pouring on the caramel. It starts to set fast, so you want to coat everything evenly before it cools.
  • Let it cool completely before storing, and keep it in an airtight container to maintain the crunch.
