Puff Pastry Pizza Squares
This recipe transforms familiar pizza flavors into convenient, handheld bundles wrapped in flaky, golden puff pastry. By combining pepperoni and fresh mozzarella inside crisp pastry pockets, you get a perfect balance of crispy, cheesy, and savory in every bite.
These pizzas are easy to prepare with just a few ingredients, and they bake quickly, making them an ideal snack or appetizer for any occasion.

Helpful Tips
- Keep Puff Pastry Cold Until Ready to Use – Puff pastry is sensitive to warmth; keeping it chilled until just before rolling prevents it from becoming sticky and difficult to handle, ensuring flaky layers after baking.
- Cheese Thoroughly -I like to put mozzarella both underneath and on top of the pepperoni for a thoroughly cheesed square.
- Rearrange the Pepperoni – While cooking, the pepperoni slice has a way of moving off the square. As soon as you take it out of the oven, pull the pepperoni slice back to the top.
