Helpful Tips

  1. Keep Puff Pastry Cold Until Ready to Use – Puff pastry is sensitive to warmth; keeping it chilled until just before rolling prevents it from becoming sticky and difficult to handle, ensuring flaky layers after baking.
  2. Cheese Thoroughly -I like to put mozzarella both underneath and on top of the pepperoni for a thoroughly cheesed square.
  3. Rearrange the Pepperoni – While cooking, the pepperoni slice has a way of moving off the square. As soon as you take it out of the oven, pull the pepperoni slice back to the top.
