Warm & Melty Lasagna Dip
There are dips, and then there’s this Warm & Melty Lasagna Dip. It takes everything you love about classic lasagna, the savory meat sauce, creamy ricotta, and gooey mozzarella, and bakes it into a hot, scoopable party dish. It’s hearty, comforting, and ridiculously easy to make.

If you’re looking for something crowd-pleasing and satisfying, this dip checks all the boxes. It comes together in one skillet and a quick bake in the oven. Serve it with breadsticks or crostini, and you won’t have leftovers.
Helpful Tips
- Use a shallow dish: A shallow casserole dish helps everything heat evenly and gives you maximum cheesy topping.
- Don’t mix in the ricotta: Dolloping the ricotta on top keeps those creamy bites distinct and delicious.
- Let it rest a few minutes: This helps the dip set a little so it’s easier to scoop without burning your tongue.

I went and purchased ground beef, then read the instructions and it says “sausage”!!
You can use ground beef instead of sausage. Both are great. Sorry for the confusion in the recipe. I hope you enjoy it.
