Sloppy Joe Dip
Sloppy Joe Dip is everything you love about the classic sandwich, turned into a rich, savory dip that’s perfect for sharing. It’s meaty, saucy, cheesy, and just a little messy. Exactly what you want when you’re digging into something scoopable and satisfying.
If you’re craving comfort food in dip form, this is it. It’s quick to make, uses pantry staples, and is always a hit at game day gatherings or casual parties. You’ll love how the tangy-sweet Sloppy Joe flavor comes through in every bite, and the bubbly cheddar cheese on top makes it even harder to resist.

Helpful Tips
- Use a good-quality ground beef – Lean ground beef (85/15 or 90/10) gives you rich flavor without too much grease. Be sure to drain well after browning.
- Don’t skip the simmer – Letting the mixture simmer for a full 10 minutes helps all the flavors meld and thickens the sauce so it’s scoopable.
- Serve it hot – This dip is best when it’s warm and melty. Keep it in the skillet or transfer to a small crock to maintain that perfect dip consistency.
