Ingredients
- 3/4 pound ground beef
- 1/4 cup onion finely chopped
- 1/2 small green pepper finely chopped
- 3/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 12 slider buns toasted
- 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
Instructions

- Add all remaining ingredients (except for shredded cheese and buns) and stir well to combine.

- Slice the slider buns in half horizontally, keeping the top and bottom connected. Toast the buns (I do this while they’re all still connected). Place the bottom buns on a serving platter. Spread on the meat mixture. Then top with the shredded cheese and the top buns. Serve hot.
