Buffalo Chicken Crescent Rolls
Picture tearing into a warm, golden crescent roll and hitting that gooey pull of melted mozzarella wrapped around spicy, tangy buffalo chicken, it’s the kind of bite that makes you immediately reach for another.

You are going to love these Buffalo Chicken Crescent Rolls because they take everything you crave about buffalo wings and turn it into an easy, handheld snack. They come together in just 25 minutes with a short ingredient list, so you’re never far from a batch of hot, cheesy rolls. They’re perfect for game day, movie nights, or whenever you want that buffalo chicken flavor without turning on the fryer.
Helpful Tips
- Don’t overfill the dough: A small spoonful of the chicken mixture is plenty. Too much filling can cause the crescent dough to tear or leak while baking.
- Use rotisserie chicken for a shortcut: Pre-cooked shredded rotisserie chicken saves time and adds great flavor without any extra prep work.
- Let them rest before serving: Give the rolls a couple of minutes out of the oven so the melted mozzarella center firms up slightly and doesn’t burn your first bite.
