Baked Brie in Puff Pastry
Baked brie in puff pastry is one of those appetizers that feels a little fancy but is surprisingly easy to make. The brie melts into a warm, creamy center while the puff pastry turns golden and flaky on the outside. Add a touch of jam or honey, and it’s the kind of dish people gather around the moment it hits the table.

This is a perfect option for holidays, dinner parties, or anytime you want something that looks impressive without a lot of effort. It pairs well with crackers, sliced baguette, or even fresh fruit, and it comes together with just a handful of ingredients. If you need a go-to appetizer that always gets attention, this is it.
Helpful Tips
- Let the puff pastry thaw fully so it’s easy to work with and wraps smoothly around the brie.
- Don’t overbake or the cheese can leak out too much. Bake just until the pastry is golden and puffed.
- Score the top lightly before baking to let steam escape and keep the pastry crisp.
