Bloodshot Eye Cheeseball
This Halloween Eyeball Cheeseball is exactly the kind of playful, spooky appetizer that gets everyone talking the moment it hits the table. Nothing says Halloween party centerpiece quite like a cheese ball that stares back at you, complete with bloodshot veins snaking across the surface.

It takes only 15 minutes of hands-on work, and there’s zero cooking involved, which makes it one of the easiest showstoppers you can bring to a Halloween gathering. Serve it up with a big pile of crackers and watch it disappear before the trick-or-treaters even show up.
Helpful Tips
- Soften the cream cheese fully: Letting it come to room temperature first makes it much easier to mix smoothly with the ranch seasoning and shredded cheese.
- Chill before shaping details: Giving the cheese ball 1-2 hours in the fridge firms it up enough to hold its shape and makes adding the eyeball decorations much easier.
- Go slow with the sriracha: Draw the blood-shot veins a little at a time, since it’s easier to add more than to fix an overly saturated eyeball.
