If you’re looking for something spooky but still snackable, this is it. The combo of cream cheese and sharp white cheddar makes it rich and flavorful, and the gel decorations bring Jack to life without any fuss. Serve it with crackers, pretzels, or veggies sticks and watch it disappear fast.

Helpful Tips

  • Use room temperature cream cheese so it blends smoothly with the cheddar.
  • Let the cheeseball chill fully before decorating. It’ll be easier to shape and hold its form.
  • Use a small spoon to press in the eye sockets, then carefully fill them with edible black gel for that perfect spooky look.
