Ingredients
- 8 slices bacon cut in half horizontally
- 16 small sausages
Instructions
- Wrap half a slice of bacon firmly around each sausage.Â
- Place the sausage, with the end of the bacon facing down, on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
- Cook at 375° F(190°C) for 15 minutes or until the bacon is crisp, turning them over halfway through cooking to ensure the bacon gets evenly cooked.
Notes
You can baste the sausages with honey near the end of cooking for a sweet version, or with hot sauce for a spicy version.
