Crispy Chickpeas
These Crispy Chickpeas are the kind of snack that disappears fast once you set them out. They’re crunchy, savory, and coated in warm spices that make them just as good for snacking by the handful as they are for topping salads or soups.

Roasting chickpeas in the oven gives them a crisp texture without much effort, and the seasoning blend adds smoky, earthy flavor in every bite. They’re easy to customize too, depending on how spicy or bold you want them.
Helpful Tips
- Dry chickpeas thoroughly before baking so they roast instead of steam.
- For extra crunch, leave the chickpeas in the warm oven a little longer after baking.
- Store leftovers uncovered or loosely covered to help maintain crispness.
