Hummus crudite cups

The cups are the easiest way to turn a classic dip and veggie tray into something that actually looks special on a party table. The hummus comes together in minutes right in your blender, and there is no cooking involved whatsoever, which makes this a fantastic option when you need something fresh and healthy in a hurry.

Helpful Tips

  • Blend the hummus longer than you think: A full minute or two of blending makes a noticeably smoother, creamier hummus, so don’t stop as soon as the chunks disappear.
  • Cut your crudités into similar lengths: Trimming your carrots, celery, and cucumber spears to roughly the same height makes for a much more polished, professional-looking cup.
  • Assemble close to serving time: Crisp vegetables hold up best when they go into the cups shortly before guests arrive, so they stay crunchy instead of getting soft.
