Irresistible Steak Kabobs
Steak Kabobs are one of those appetizers that feel like summer, no matter when you make them. Juicy, marinated steak chunks threaded between colorful veggies cook up quickly over the grill or under the broiler, giving you that perfect charred exterior and tender center.

They’re simple, satisfying, and ideal for everything from backyard dinners to casual get-togethers.
Helpful Tips
- Use a cut like sirloin or ribeye, these stay tender and flavorful even after grilling.
- Marinate the steak for at least 30 minutes, but not more than 8 hours.
- Don’t overcrowd the skewers; leave a little space between pieces for more even cooking.
