Shrimp Tortilla Bites
Bursting with flavor, these delightful bites feature succulent shrimp seasoned to perfection, nestled on crispy tortilla cups in a bed of delicious avocado, cilantro, and a zesty spritz of lime. With just a few simple ingredients and minimal prep time, you can create a stunning dish that will have everyone coming back for more.

Helpful Tips
- Choose large shrimp for the best presentation: They cook quickly, fit perfectly on the tortilla, and look impressive on the platter.
- Use round tortilla chips: This keeps the bites perfectly sized and easy to handle. They make a nice presentation as well.
- Don’t overcook the shrimp: Shrimp cook very quickly and when they are overcooked they turn rubbery and unappealing. They should only cook for about 2 minutes per side.
