Helpful Tips

  • Choose large shrimp for the best presentation: They cook quickly, fit perfectly on the tortilla, and look impressive on the platter.
  • Use round tortilla chips: This keeps the bites perfectly sized and easy to handle. They make a nice presentation as well.
  • Don’t overcook the shrimp: Shrimp cook very quickly and when they are overcooked they turn rubbery and unappealing. They should only cook for about 2 minutes per side.
