Halloween Mummy Brie
This Halloween Mummy Brie is the ultimate spooky-season appetizer. Creamy brie wrapped in golden puff pastry makes it a crowd-pleaser, and the mummy design turns a simple baked cheese into a party showstopper. It’s festive, easy to make, and fun to serve with crackers or apple slices.

You’ll like this one because it’s fast, requires minimal prep, and looks way more impressive than the effort it takes. The brie gets perfectly gooey inside while the puff pastry bakes up flaky and crisp. And the olive-and-carrot eyes? Just the right touch of creepy.
Helpful Tips
- Keep the puff pastry cold. If it gets too warm while you’re wrapping, pop it in the fridge for a few minutes before baking.
- Don’t wrap too tightly. Leave a little space for the pastry to puff as it bakes without splitting.
- Use a sharp knife for clean strips. This keeps your mummy wrapping looking neat and defined.
