Luau Meatballs
Luau Meatballs are a quick party appetizer that brings a little tropical flavor to the table. Juicy meatballs are paired with sweet pineapple and coated in a glossy Hawaiian sweet and sour sauce. Served on skewers, they’re easy to grab and perfect for parties, potlucks, or game day snacks.

What makes these stand out is the sweet and savory combination. The warm sauce coats the meatballs while the pineapple adds a fresh, juicy bite that balances everything out. Since the meatballs are fully cooked and frozen, this appetizer comes together fast with very little prep.
Helpful Tips
- Use fresh pineapple if possible. It adds brighter flavor and a better texture than canned.
- Warm the sauce before serving. This helps it coat the meatballs evenly and keeps everything hot.
- Serve immediately. The skewers taste best when the meatballs are warm and the sauce is glossy.
