Luau meatballs

What makes these stand out is the sweet and savory combination. The warm sauce coats the meatballs while the pineapple adds a fresh, juicy bite that balances everything out. Since the meatballs are fully cooked and frozen, this appetizer comes together fast with very little prep.

Helpful Tips

  • Use fresh pineapple if possible. It adds brighter flavor and a better texture than canned.
  • Warm the sauce before serving. This helps it coat the meatballs evenly and keeps everything hot.
  • Serve immediately. The skewers taste best when the meatballs are warm and the sauce is glossy.
