Cherry Crescent Roll Bites
Cherry Crescent Roll Bites have flaky crescent dough wrapped around bubbling sweet cherry filling, finished with a drizzle of glossy white icing that just barely melts into every golden crevice.

They come together with just four ingredients and are ready to enjoy in well under 30 minutes, which makes them perfect for last-minute get-togethers or a sweet weeknight treat. Best of all, this recipe makes a generous batch of 16, so they’re perfect for potlucks, dessert trays, or sharing with the whole family (if you’re willing to share).
Helpful Tips
- Don’t overfill the cups: A heaping spoonful of pie filling per cup is plenty. Too much filling can bubble over the sides while baking and make a sticky mess in your muffin tin.
- Let them cool before removing: Give the bites that full 5 minutes of resting time so the filling sets up slightly, making it much easier to lift them cleanly out of the tin.
- Adjust your icing consistency: Start with just 1 tablespoon of milk and add more a little at a time until you get a drizzle that’s thick enough to hold its shape but still pours smoothly.
