Why You’ll Love These Quesadillas

  • Big flavor in a small bite – Slow-cooked carnitas and melted cheese make for the ultimate savory combo.
  • Great for sharing – Perfect for game day, parties, or a fun family dinner.
  • Dippable and customizable – Serve with guacamole, salsa, or sour cream, and add toppings like pickled onions or jalapeños to mix things up!

Helpful Tips

  • Use freshly shredded cheese – Pre-shredded cheese has anti-caking agents that prevent smooth melting, so shred your own for the best gooey texture.
  • Crisp them up in a pan – Cooking the quesadillas in a lightly oiled skillet gives them the perfect golden-brown crunch.
  • Don’t overfill – Too much filling can make them hard to flip and cause cheese to spill out, so keep it balanced.
