Honey Sriracha Chicken Wings
Sticky, sweet, and spicy in all the right ways, these Honey Sriracha Chicken Wings are the kind of snack that disappears fast. They’re baked until golden and crisp, then tossed in a bold glaze that hits with just enough heat to keep things interesting.

They hit that perfect balance between sweet and spicy. The honey caramelizes in the oven, giving the wings a rich depth of flavor, while the sriracha adds a slow-building heat that’s totally addictive. Plus, they’re baked, not fried so you get all the crispiness without the mess.
Helpful Tips
- Pat the wings dry: Removing excess moisture helps them crisp up better in the oven.
- Balance out the spice: You can balance out the spiciness of the sriracha by adding more honey to the sauce.
- Toss in sauce just before serving: This keeps the wings crispy instead of soggy from sitting in the glaze.
