Lemon Pepper Chicken Wings

There’s something about a good chicken wing that just hits the spot, and for me, lemon pepper wings sit high on the list. They’re tangy, zesty, and savory all at once, with just the right amount of citrus kick to brighten up the crispy chicken skin.

You don’t need a fryer to pull these off, either. Baking or air frying gives you wings that are golden, crisp, and every bit as satisfying. The air fryer is perfect when you want wings fast and without fuss.

I use my Typhur Dome air fryer for wings because it has a flat basket and dual heating elements that help the wings cook evenly and super fast. You can get one here: https://bit.ly/4pkDMc6. Use Discount code TYPHDNAS!

Helpful Tips

  • Don’t skip drying the wings. Moisture is the enemy of crisp skin.
  • Use fresh lemon juice. It takes the seasoning from good to outstanding.
  • Adjust the pepper to taste. Some lemon pepper blends are heavy on salt, so start light and add more if you like.
