Blackberry goat cheese twists

You only need a handful of ingredients and about 30 minutes from start to finish. They’re great for brunch spreads, holiday appetizers, or anytime you want something sweet and savory in one bite.

Helpful Tips

  • Don’t overmix the filling: A light swirl of jam and goat cheese gives you the best flavor contrast in each bite.
  • Work quickly with the pastry: Puff pastry softens fast, so keep it chilled until you’re ready to roll and cut.
  • Let them cool slightly: The filling gets hot in the oven, so give them a few minutes to set before serving.
