Spring Veggie Tray
Spring is the perfect time to celebrate the vibrant colors and fresh flavors of seasonal vegetables. A Spring Veggie Tray is not only a beautiful centerpiece for your gatherings but also a healthy and delicious option that everyone will enjoy.
Packed with a variety of crisp, seasonal veggies and served with delightful dips, this tray is easy to assemble and perfect for any occasion, from picnics to parties. You can easily scale this up to fit the number of guests you need to serve.

Helpful Tips
- Choose Seasonal Vegetables: Opt for a mix of colorful, fresh vegetables that are in season, such as asparagus, radishes, snap peas, cherry tomatoes, and bell peppers. This not only enhances the flavor but also makes your tray visually appealing.
- Add a Variety of Dips: Include a selection of dips to complement the veggies, such as hummus, ranch dressing, tzatziki, or a tangy vinaigrette. Offering different flavors ensures there’s something for everyone and encourages guests to try new combinations.
- Presentation Matters: Arrange the vegetables in an eye-catching way by grouping similar colors together or creating a rainbow effect. Use a large platter or a wooden board, and consider adding some greenery, like fresh herbs or edible flowers, to elevate the presentation and make it even more inviting.
