Peach Mozzarella Skewers
When summer peaches are at their peak — sweet, juicy, and just a little floral — you want to use them in every way you can. These Peach Mozzarella Skewers are one of those recipes that look a little fancy, but come together in minutes with just a few simple ingredients.
The best part? They strike the perfect balance of salty, sweet, creamy, and fresh. Think of them as a late-summer appetizer that doesn’t require turning on your oven or spending more than 15 minutes in the kitchen.

Helpful Tips
- Use good peaches. You want ripe but not overly soft peaches. If they’re underripe, they’ll be too firm and tart. If they’re overripe, they’ll get messy fast.
- Keep your mozzarella cold. Ciliegine mozzarella tastes best when it’s fresh and cool. Keep it chilled until you’re ready to assemble.
- Don’t skip the vinaigrette. It’s a small detail, but it brightens the whole bite and adds a tangy contrast to the sweet peach and rich prosciutto.
