Peach Mozzarella Skewers

When summer peaches are at their peak — sweet, juicy, and just a little floral — you want to use them in every way you can. These Peach Mozzarella Skewers are one of those recipes that look a little fancy, but come together in minutes with just a few simple ingredients.

The best part? They strike the perfect balance of salty, sweet, creamy, and fresh. Think of them as a late-summer appetizer that doesn’t require turning on your oven or spending more than 15 minutes in the kitchen.

Helpful Tips

  1. Use good peaches. You want ripe but not overly soft peaches. If they’re underripe, they’ll be too firm and tart. If they’re overripe, they’ll get messy fast.
  2. Keep your mozzarella cold. Ciliegine mozzarella tastes best when it’s fresh and cool. Keep it chilled until you’re ready to assemble.
  3. Don’t skip the vinaigrette. It’s a small detail, but it brightens the whole bite and adds a tangy contrast to the sweet peach and rich prosciutto.
