Sausage stuffing bites

They’re easy to mix together with leftover stuffing and a few pantry ingredients, which makes them great for parties, potlucks, or even a casual weeknight appetizer. If you’re someone who loves stuffing enough to snack on it cold, you’ll definitely want to make these.

Helpful Tips

  • Use firm stuffing: If your stuffing is very soft or mushy, it can be hard to form into balls. Add a little more sausage or breadcrumbs to help bind.
  • Don’t skip the dipping sauce: The cranberry dipping sauce is easy to make with only 3 ingredients and will leave a lasting impression.
  • Make ahead friendly: You can roll the balls ahead of time and refrigerate or freeze until you’re ready to bake.
