S’mores Brownies
These S’mores Brownies combine everything you love about classic campfire s’mores with rich, fudgy brownies baked right on top of a buttery graham cracker crust. Gooey marshmallows and crunchy graham cracker pieces on top give every bite that familiar s’mores flavor without needing a fire pit.

They’re great for parties, potlucks, bake sales, or anytime you want an easy dessert that gets attention on the dessert table. The layers bake together into bars that are soft, chewy, chocolatey, and just a little messy in the best way.
Helpful Tips
- Let the graham cracker crust cool slightly before adding the brownie batter so the layers stay distinct.
- Watch the marshmallows closely near the end of baking since they can brown quickly.
- For cleaner slices, let the brownies cool before cutting and use a sharp knife lightly sprayed with cooking spray.
