Helpful Tips
- Chill the dough: Don’t skip the hour of chilling before baking — it keeps the cookie crust from spreading too much and helps it bake evenly.
- Spread chocolate quickly: As soon as you pull the pizza from the oven after melting the chips, spread the chocolate right away so it goes on smooth.
- Watch the broiler: Marshmallows can burn fast, so stay close and rotate the pizza if needed to get an even golden toast.

- If you want a thinner cookie base only use half of the cookie dough.
