Ingredients
  

  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 40 marshmallows
  • 6 cups rice krispies cereal
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup strawberries sliced
  • 1/2 cup cherries halved
  • 2 kiwi sliced
  • 1/2 cup Green grapes halved

Instructions
 

  • Prepare a pizza round by lining with parchment paper, silicon mat, or rubbing on butter. Set aside.
  • Add butter to a large pot over medium heat. When melted, add marshmallows to the pot and simmer, stirring occasionally, until fully melted.
  • Remove the pot from the heat and add Rice Krispies cereal. Stir gently with a spatula until fully combined. Keep in mind that as it cools, the mixture will get harder to work with.
  • Pour onto the prepared pizza round. Press and shape with your hands until smooth and even to 3/4 – 1 inch thick. Cool completely (about 1 hour).
  • Add softened cream cheese, sugar and vanilla to a mixing bowl and whip with electric beaters until mixed thoroughly.
  • Spread cream cheese mixture onto the cooled cookie leaving a small edge uncovered.
  • Add fruit in any design or pattern desired. Serve right away or cover and chill in the refrigerator
