Ingredients
- 1 box brownie mix
- 2 eggs
- 3 tablespoons water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 container whipped topping
- 5 strawberries quartered
- 40 blueberries
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F(190°C). Spray the wells of a cupcake tin.
- In a large bowl, mix the box contents, the eggs, water, and vegetable oil.
- Pour the mixture into the cupcake wells, 2/3 full.
- Bake for 20-22 minutes, until firm. Remove and let cool completely.
- Garnish with whipping cream, strawberries, and blueberries.
