If you’re into bold flavors and a little heat, these are totally worth making. The batter gives the cauliflower just enough crunch, and the buffalo sauce brings the zing. Serve them with blue cheese dressing and a sprinkle of crumbles, and you’ve got a snack that feels indulgent without being over the top.
Helpful Tips for Making Buffalo Cauliflower Bites
- Cut evenly: Keep your cauliflower florets close in size so they cook evenly and get crispy all around.
- Don’t crowd the basket: Give each piece space in the air fryer. This helps them cook better and keeps them from getting soggy.
- Toss right before serving: Mix the cauliflower with buffalo sauce just before serving so they stay crispy longer.
