Topped with fresh herbs and a drizzle of olive oil, these crostini are not only visually stunning but also incredibly easy to prepare, making them a fantastic choice for parties, gatherings, or a cozy night in.

Helpful Tips

  • Use Fresh Ingredients: For the best flavor, choose ripe, in-season tomatoes and high-quality feta cheese. Fresh ingredients will enhance the overall taste of the dish and create a more vibrant presentation.
  • Experiment with Seasonings: Don’t hesitate to customize the flavor profile! Add herbs like oregano, thyme, or basil to the tomato and feta mixture before baking. A sprinkle of red pepper flakes can also add a delightful kick for those who enjoy a bit of heat.
  • Serve Immediately: For the best texture and flavor, serve the Baked Feta Tomato Crostini right after baking. The crispy bread and warm, creamy feta create a wonderful contrast that is best enjoyed fresh out of the oven.
