Buffalo chicken pasta salad

It comes together with just a handful of ingredients and requires no complicated techniques, so even beginner cooks can pull it off with ease. Plus, it holds up beautifully in the fridge, making it a fantastic option for meal prep or game day spreads.

Helpful Tips

  • Add the buffalo sauce gradually: Stir it in a little at a time so you can control the heat level, since it’s much easier to add more sauce than to tone it down after the fact.
  • Use rotisserie chicken for convenience: Grabbing a pre-cooked rotisserie chicken saves you time and adds extra flavor without any additional effort.
  • Keep extra dressing on the side: Buffalo sauce and blue cheese dressing can soak into the pasta as it sits, so having a little extra on hand lets you freshen up leftovers with a quick stir.
