Reuben Bites
Ingredients
- 24 pieces of cocktail rye bread or 3 slices rye bread cut into quarters
- 4 slices swiss cheese
- 6-8 slices corned beef thinly sliced
- 1 cup sauerkraut
- 1/2 cup thousand island dressing
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F(190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or silicon mat for easy cleanup.
