Reuben bites

Reuben Bites are a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer that combines the classic flavors of a Reuben sandwich into a bite-sized package. The combination of thinly sliced corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, and Thousand Island dressing is a perfect match, making these little bites a crowd-pleaser at any party or get-together.

Another reason why Reuben Bites are a great choice for an appetizer is that they are easy to make in large quantities. The recipe can easily be doubled or tripled to accommodate a larger crowd, and the bites can be assembled in advance and stored in the refrigerator until ready to bake. This makes them a stress-free option for a party host.

Unlike a full-size Reuben sandwich, these bites can be enjoyed without the need for utensils or plates, making them perfect for any occasion.
