Salmon skewers

They make a great appetizer or light main, especially when you’re short on time. The lemon pepper seasoning adds quick flavor, and the dill sauce comes together in a minute or two. Serve these straight from the oven with a sprinkle of fresh herbs and you’re set.

Helpful Tips

  • Use firm, fresh salmon: It holds its shape better and won’t fall apart on the skewer.
  • Fold the lemon slices: Tucking them in keeps them snug and lets the juices soak into the salmon.
  • Serve with extra sauce on the side: Guests will want more of that creamy dill goodness.
