Bacon Jalapeno Popper Bites
Bacon Jalapeño Popper Bites are everything you love about the classic appetizer, just in a smaller, easier-to-serve package. Each bite is creamy, cheesy, spicy, and crunchy. They’re guaranteed to disappear fast at any party.

I always make a double batch when making these for a party because the first tray disappears within minutes of hitting the table.

Helpful Tips
- Use softened cream cheese so the filling mixes smoothly and scoops easily into the jalapeño halves.
- Cook the bacon extra crispy so that it holds some crunch when added to the filling.
- Wear gloves when handling jalapeños to avoid transferring the spice to your eyes or face.
