Air Fryer Pork Kebabs
Air Fryer Pork Kebabs are a great low carb meal with seasoned chunks of pork and vegetables on skewers, cooked quickly in the air fryer.

We often make pork kebabs on the grill outside, which is my favorite way to do it, because it locks in tons of flavor, but if you don’t have a BBQ grill or you don’t feel like firing it up, you can absolutely use the air fryer to make those kebabs!
These air fryer pork kebabs taste just like a grilled kebab, but without all the hassle. It’s also a great way to enjoy kebabs in any season!
Helpful Tips
- Cut the pork and vegetables into similar-sized pieces. This helps everything cook evenly so the pork stays juicy while the peppers and onions become tender without overcooking.
- Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket. Leave a little space between the skewers so the hot air can circulate properly, giving the pork and vegetables a nicely browned exterior.
- Check the pork temperature for doneness. Pork loin is lean and can dry out if overcooked. Use a meat thermometer and cook until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145°F, then let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
