Cobb Salad Cup Appetizers

Cobb Salad Cups hit that perfect balance between feeling a little fancy and being ridiculously easy to make. They’re light enough that you don’t feel weighed down afterward. Plus, you can’t beat the combination of crispy bacon, creamy avocado, and tangy Ranch dressing.

Cobb Salad Cups

I like making these when I’m hosting a casual get-together because people can grab a cup, add a drizzle of dressing, and walk around eating without needing a full place setting. Everyone gets their own personal salad, and there’s something about the individual portions that makes it feel a little more special.

Helpful Tips

  1. Mix up your meats. Turkey is great, but grilled chicken, rotisserie chicken, or even leftover steak would be fantastic too.
  2. Keep the layers neat. It’s not just for looks — neat layers make it easier to get a little bit of everything in each bite.
  3. Make them ahead. You can prep all the ingredients a few hours in advance. Just wait to cut the avocados until right before serving so they don’t brown.
