Cranberry Brie Bites
Cranberry Brie Bites are one of those appetizers that just feel like the holidays. They’re sweet, savory, a little tart, and perfectly gooey. All tucked into a golden, flaky shell. Whether you’re hosting a party or just want something quick to impress, these bites are always a win.

They’re easy to make and even easier to eat. The combo of creamy Brie and tangy cranberry sauce is classic, but adding a little crunch from the pecans or a sprig of rosemary makes them feel extra festive. They also come together fast, which is ideal when your to-do list is packed with holiday chaos.
Helpful Tips
- Use pre-made shells: Frozen Phyllo shells are not super fun to make, so I always suggest getting the frozen, pre-made shells.
- Don’t overfill: A small spoonful of cranberry sauce and a cube of Brie is plenty—too much and it’ll bubble over the edges.
- Serve warm: They’re best straight out of the oven when the Brie is still melty. If needed, pop them back in for a few minutes before serving.
