Fried Chicken & Biscuits Appetizer
Fried Chicken & Biscuits are the ultimate comfort food appetizer. Crispy, juicy chicken topped with little buttery biscuits, all in a perfect two-bite size. They’re a crowd favorite at game day parties, potlucks, and holiday spreads because they pack bold, Southern-inspired flavor into something that’s easy to eat with your hands. Serve them warm with a spicy honey butter sauce and watch them disappear.

Helpful Tips
- Make the biscuits bite-sized: A 1.5 to 2-inch cutter keeps them just the right size for stacking.
- Use prebreaded chicken: If you’re in a hurry or want to make this appetizer even easier, use prebreaded chicken and bake it in the air fryer.
- Change up your sauce: For something a little different, you can change up your dipping sauce. We also like to use Ranch dressing or honey mustard dressing.
