These bundles are perfect for when you are craving something savory and warm. Make them for a holiday brunch, a party spread, or just a lazy weekend. They come together quickly with just a few pantry staples.

Helpful Tips

  • Thaw puff pastry properly: Let the sheets thaw in the fridge overnight or at room temperature for about 30–40 minutes. If it’s too soft or too cold, it won’t puff as well or may tear.
  • Brush with egg wash: Brushing the exposed puff pastry with beaten egg helps the seasoning stick and gives the outside a beautiful golden color.
  • Seal the edges tight: Puff pastry can really puff up while it cooks. To help keep the edges sealed add some egg wash, press the edges together with a fork, and seal with a toothpick. The toothpick will pull right out after it cooks and help ensure the edges seal well.
