Mushroom Crostini
If you love rich, hearty flavors in an easy-to-make appetizer, Mushroom Crostini is a must-try. The combination of buttery mushrooms, sweet caramelized onions, and crispy bread makes for an irresistible bite.

Whether you’re entertaining guests or just looking for a flavorful snack, these crostini bring a touch of rustic elegance to any occasion.
Helpful Tips
- Use any mushrooms you like: We used baby bella mushrooms but you could really use just about any mushroom or combination of mushrooms.
- Add cheese for a creamy salty finish: Fresh grated Parmesan pairs beautifully with the rich topping.
- Season at the end: Salt draws out moisture, so wait until the mushrooms and onions are fully cooked before adding it to avoid excess liquid.
